How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
Are Nip + Fab products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we hire third parties to do so on our behalf.
Can I use Glycolic Fix products if I have sensitive skin?
While our Glycolic Fix range is designed for all skin types, we recommend those with sensitive skin start with our 'Extreme' pads once a week or use our milder formulations after performing a patch test.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
