We want you to love your skin results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and resaleable condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products in their original box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all seals remain intact for hygiene purposes.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
